Notes for the decision

Ground

The near-black blue (#05070E) reads as night sky / deep water — rest, not clinical. A faint blue glow at the top keeps it from feeling like a black hole.

The gold

“One Point of Light” leads because a single warm accent against the blue is the most restful and the most brandable. Gold = the tassel, the flame, the single bead you're on.

Chakra, quietly

Colors borrowed from the chakra spectrum, names kept universal (Ground, Kindness, Clarity) so no one feels it isn't for them — the whole point of the product.

Two voices

Serif for the teachings and practice sentences (human, contemplative); sans for buttons, counts, and labels (quiet, legible). The split does a lot of the emotional work.

Kind gamification

Streaks with one built-in repair — miss a day and it holds once. A product fighting self-criticism can't punish a missed day.

Offline-first
